Our Lean Six Sigma training and certification are based on the fundamentals of quality management, quality improvement, industrial engineering, and related disciplines that focus on improving how organizations operate through systematic, data-driven problem solving.

Lean Six Sigma is taught as an advanced, structured problem-solving methodology used to address complex challenges where root causes are not immediately visible and evidence-based analysis is required, rather than being presented as a standalone toolkit.

The course is delivered fully online through a blended learning model that combines on-demand video lectures with live, interactive training sessions led by industry Certified Master Black Belts. Coursework and certification exams are case-based, which requires participants to demonstrate applied understanding, critical thinking, and the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.

  • Focuses on the strategy of improvement—the what, why, and strategic how of quality and process improvement—building conceptual understanding and organizational awareness without teaching how to execute an end-to-end improvement project.

  • Builds on White Belt training and focuses on solving moderately complex, single-outcome problems using Lean-oriented tools and basic to moderate analytical tools following the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, with an emphasis on practical application.

  • Builds on Green Belt training and prepares practitioners to lead complex, multi-variable improvement initiatives using advanced quantitative and statistical analysis, along with integrated process and leadership tools, following the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
